We can hear some of you asking "What is a custom request?", here is a quick explanation, as well as a few ideas how you might be able to use them to make the most of your DAE membership!

A custom request is when you tell us where you want to travel and approximately when, then we pop that into our match-making machine and when a week enters our system that matches the request, one of our team will give you a call to complete your Exchange booking.

The really good news? There is no charge for putting on a request and no limit to how many you can put on! Plus, you can request for next year's vacation well in advance, so get thinking ahead and improve your chances of getting a match.
