Resort Fees: Mandatory security deposit fee is 1000.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted.Hold placed on credit card will be released upon departure/unit inspection.

Housekeeping Fees: for 1 Bedroom units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 135.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, weekly. Cash or Credit is accepted."

Housekeeping Fees: for 2 Bedroom units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 135.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, weekly. Cash or Credit is accepted."

Housekeeping Fees: for 3 Bedroom units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 135.00 U.S. dollars for 3 Bedroom units, weekly. Cash or Credit is accepted."

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory Resort Fee is 45.00 U.S. dollars, per stay,  . Cash or Credit is accepted.The fee is per stay, including one parking pass.

• • Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
  • Firewood will no longer be provided for purchase at the resort. Firewood can be purchased at local supermarket locations. The nearest restaurant is 20 miles away. During spring and fall months, local attractions and restaurants may be closed. Plan to bring groceries with you.
  • Inbounds will be charged a fee, per guest, if the travel party exceeds that of the assigned unit.
  • No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
  • No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
  • Stairs are required to access all units, and resort is located at 8200 ft elevation, so any guests with breathing or walking difficulties should take this into account before confirming their reservation.
  • The $45 resort fee includes one parking pass only. Additional vehicles are an extra $35 per vehicle to park per stay. Trailers are allowed, but an additional $35 will be required to park a trailer per stay.
  • Units are not air conditioned, but fans are provided.
