Resort overview

The Fountains is located in the heart of Orlando, just off popular International Drive. This gated resort sits on 54 acres on the banks of Lake Eve. The location, amenities and perfect climate make this the resort to stay for your dream vacation. 

Guests will feel right at home with the open layout and spacious living area in the units. Kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, and the suites also provide an in-unit washer and dryer. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can relax on their own private balconies or soak in the whirlpool bathtub. With so much to do and see, it might be hard to find the time to unwind at the resort, but with everything The Fountains offers, you just might forget about everything on your sightseeing to-do list! Situated on the banks of Lake Eve, the resort has its own private beach access with a boardwalk, a fishing pier and paddle boats. The resort boasts two pools, one with fountains and water slides, two hot tubs, two fire pits, and a pool bar. Check out the 20,000 square foot clubhouse, sure to entertain everyone. The clubhouse is also home to the resort’s two on-site restaurants: a water-themed bar and grill, and a gourmet coffee bistro. 

The Fountains offers activities for children, families and adults, and those who prefer to do their own thing can take advantage of the fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts and playground. The resort is centrally located just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous theme parks and there is so much to see, you might just want to stay another week!
